I didn’t get this posted earlier, but I wanted to show you what the kids chose to dress up for the harvest party we went to at a local church. CP was King Peter, 3D was Edmund, Ramona was Lucy, and of course CP was Aslan.
I found the Lucy dress at the Goodwill for under five bucks, the edmund costume for 4.99, we had the lion costume, I bought the swords at Value Village and made King Peters shirt, crown and cape. They had a great time and all felt really good about what they were wearing. To be honest, I haven’t given in much to dressing up for this time of year in the past, but this year the kids planned out what they wanted to wear and we had great fun planning and finding/making their costumes.
